The prices include: a parking space in the private car park, a cot (for children under 2), Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. You can request a change of linen for an additional charge. Possibility of renting headlamps, backpacks, saucers and sleds on site.

By request: electric car charging station service. Washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

The prices do not include the final cleaning fee (€50,00 - 70,00€ per apartment) and the tourist tax (€1.75 per person over 14 per day).

The apartments are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:00 on the day of departure.

For guests who are visiting in the winter, we recommend winter tires with chains.
On request and for a fee we offer a pick-up service to and from the farmhouse.

Pets are allowed to stay on request, subject to an agreed surcharge.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost the stay must be paid via bank transfer to the following account: IBAN IT94Q0801058550000305027896. The remainder must be paid in cash upon departure.

In the event of late arrivals or early departures, the entire booked period is still taken into account. If the booking is cancelled, the deposit is withheld.

Smoking is forbidden throughout the accommodation.

Any issues with the furnishings or equipment must be settled on site before departure.
